Over the weekend, I needed a break. So, we loaded up the ole van and headed to Parkersburg, WV. If nothing else, I thought it would be a good time out with my little family. But, I had an unexpected great time. The Parkersburg Art Center was an amazing space complete with a daycare division. They also had some well done, thought provoking art. None of that primitive crap I’m bombarded with out here in the sticks. On the same strip as the art center were two very well stocked and reasonably priced antique stores. Around the corner, the Parkersburg Vendor’s Market. It doesn’t take much to make me happy! I will definitely return when I have more time!
